"I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t. I accidentally paid for 2 auto policies for the same car and when I tried to ask for a refund the agents just kept on trying to get me to add more to my policy. I sent screenshots of both policies showing it was to the same car and they wouldn’t do anything. Later on I find out that they added more to my policy without my permission at all and increases my bill. Horrible. Never using them again. Alex Rose and Becky Wilcox were no help at all."

That is when he told me State Farm does not insure park model manufactured homes. This was after billing me and not knowing he cannot insure my home. Unreliable and lacking in knowledge of the insurance business."
